GEO MATCHING & ETA
The owner chooses how far the responder search should extend.
No fixed time cutoff is imposed. The owner / manager / agent can widen the search from nearby responders to worldwide coverage. The first map distance is an approximate screening value; HAK NAV can be used for a real marine-route distance and ETA.
Owner-controlled responder radiusChoose 10, 100, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 NM or Unlimited. Results are then ranked by distance, ETA and operational capability.
Protected casualty position
The platform uses the exact casualty position internally to calculate approximate distance and ETA. Before award, the responder receives the result without the vessel name, IMO/MMSI/call sign or exact coordinates.

Core agreement criteria
- The response company will perform the agreed marine assistance/salvage/towage scope using the capability stated in the accepted offer.
- Price, ETA, mobilisation conditions, responder advance and material exclusions must be recorded in this agreement and accepted quotation.
- Final activation conditions are shown only after both parties approve and sign the agreement.
- Accepted quotation, variations/additional works, final invoice and completion/settlement documents must be retained in the platform document vault.
- Later variations, additional works and the final invoiced value must be recorded in the operation file.
- Negotiation messages and agreement events are preserved in the audit trail. Direct-contact restrictions apply until award is confirmed.
- Governing law, arbitration/venue, liability allocation, insurance and casualty-specific clauses must be completed before production use.
- The casualty position, responder position, mobilisation time and approximate ETA accepted by both parties form part of the operation record. The matching map is not a navigational passage plan.
- Each party designates an official notice/service address and formal notice e-mail for contractual notices, claims and dispute communications.
